The historic Delaware and Ulster Railroad will take visitors on a scenic ride through small villages, mountains and pastoral farms along the Delaware River. The depot in Arkville features a gift shop and an exhibit which charts the role of the railroad in the development of the region.

Travelling round-trip from Phoenicia to Boiceville, this 14-mile (22.5 km), half hour train tour offers beautiful scenic views. The tour follows the Esopus Creek, which is known for wildlife sightings. As well, ride down the creek on a tube and take the train back to Phoenicia.
