Built in 1682, this grand Georgian mansion was once home to the wealthy Philipse family and is Yonkers' oldest building. It features a 1750s papier mache ceiling and artworks from the Cochran Collection of American Portraiture. This historic house museum is open year round. Tours are available.

One of Yonkers' biggest attractions, this expansive museum is a celebration of culture, boasting a variety of exhibits and galleries. The complex is home to six contemporary art galleries, the Andrus Planetarium and the 1876 Glenview Mansion. A gift shop and cafe are also located on-site. The museum is located in Trevor Park, overlooking the Hudson River. Tours are available.
